Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement personalized lesson plans to meet the individual needs of each NID/NIFT Aspirant.

2. Provide guidance and support to students to help them improve their English and Aptitude skills.

3. Create a positive and motivating learning environment through effective communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed to ensure student success.

5. Collaborate with other tutors and staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.

6. Keep accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents or guardians as needed.

7. Stay up-to-date on the latest teaching methods and resources to continuously improve your tutoring skills.
