Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Salesforce Sales Representative to spearhead our market expansion within the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and selling our suite of Salesforce consulting, implementation, and managed services.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in IT Professional Services and a deep understanding of the Salesforce product roadmap (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and qualify new leads through targeted networking, cold outreach, and leveraging existing industry contacts.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions with C-suite executives to understand their business pain points and map them to Salesforce solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial contact to contract signature, maintaining an accurate and healthy pipeline.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with Salesforce Account Executives (AEs) and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to co-sell and drive incremental revenue.
  • Proposal Leadership: Lead the creation of compelling RFPs, statements of work (SOWs), and presentations that articulate our unique value proposition.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on Salesforce releases, competitor moves, and US market trends to position our services effectively.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem or SaaS consulting services.
  • Network: An established network of contacts within the Salesforce ecosystem or a history of successful collaboration with Salesforce direct sales teams.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills; ability to translate technical jargon into business value for stakeholders.
  • Technical Literacy: A strong grasp of Salesforce capabilities; certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a significant plus but not mandatory.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment across multiple US time zones.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using Salesforce as a CRM to manage your own sales process.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific clouds (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, or Manufacturing Cloud).
  • Experience selling offshore/nearshore delivery models.
