Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Server at Krishna Palace Hotel, located in Mumbai. The Food and Beverage Server will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, ensuring quality service, and addressing customer inquiries. Duties include maintaining cleanliness in dining areas, assisting with food preparation when necessary, and ensuring that guests have an outstanding dining experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills for creating an exceptional guest experience
• Strong skills in Food Service and Food & Beverage handling
• Effective Communication skills for engaging with guests and team members
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and a positive attitude to handle dining service demands
• Ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards diligently
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training or certification is preferred
