Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end testing for every platform release, mobile app, web CRM, and dashboards.
- Define test cases, execute them, and sign off before any release goes to clients.
- Build and maintain regression test suites.

- Receive and route all bug reports, internal and client-reported.

- Trigger critical issue protocols immediately without waiting for a standup.
- Maintain platform documentation: module-level behaviour, known issues, and workarounds to support
- Technical account managers and customer success teams with accurate references.
Requirements
- 2-4 years in QA, product ops, or delivery coordination at a SaaS company.
- Comfortable with structured bug reporting tools.
- Basic API testing familiarity (Postman or similar) - not a developer but technically grounded.
- Has built test plans from scratch, not just executed pre-written cases.
- Experience testing both mobile apps and web dashboards is a strong plus.
