Job Description: Lead Generation Specialist (Remote/Contract)
About the Role We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team on a contractual basis. This is a onsite/ remote position perfect for someone who is eager to build a pipeline of high-quality leads and contribute to our sales growth. If you are organized, communicative, and skilled at identifying potential clients, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify and research potential leads through various channels (LinkedIn, social media, online databases, etc.).
- Outreach: Conduct initial outreach via email, LinkedIn messaging, or phone to qualify leads and build interest in our services.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and status updates in our CRM system.
- Pipeline Development: Nurture leads through the sales funnel and pass qualified prospects to the sales team.
- Reporting: Track daily/weekly progress and provide updates on lead conversion metrics.
Requirements
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales development, or telemarketing.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft professional outreach messages.
- Tools: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, and basic CRM software is highly preferred.
- Self-Starter: Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage your own schedule effectively.
- Persistence: A resilient attitude with a focus on hitting and exceeding outreach targets.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹10,663.90 - ₹20,000.00 per month
