Lead Network Administrator

In this role as a Network Lead Administrator at Krazy Mantra HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for the overall health, security, and performance of the network infrastructure. Your main duties will include leading a team of network administrators to ensure seamless connectivity and optimal performance across multiple office locations.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead and mentor a team of network administrators, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure such as LAN/WAN, wireless, and data center environments to meet organizational needs.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs to safeguard sensitive data.
• Manage and optimize SD-WAN solutions to enhance network performance and reduce costs across various locations.
• Configure and maintain network devices like Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba routers and switches for optimal performance and security.
• Monitor network performance, identify areas for improvement, and proactively address potential issues to prevent user impact.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams and configurations, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to implement new network technologies and solutions for seamless integration with existing systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements to maintain a secure and reliable network environment.
• *Required Skillset:**
• Proficient in troubleshooting complex network issues and implementing timely solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba network devices and technologies for effective configuration and maintenance.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
