Analyst II, Supply Chain Data & Analytics

You will be part of the finance team as an Analyst II Supply Chain Data & Analytics. Your role will involve developing and maintaining financial models, performing data analysis, and providing insights to senior management. You will support the overall financial planning and analysis process and deliver timely and accurate financial information and tools to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Create advanced analytics tools for performance analysis in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Analyze and interpret financial and operations data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Continuously improve and streamline financial processes by automating data consolidation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or data engineering.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, data engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, BI tools, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Experience with financial planning and analysis software and ERPs (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Hyperion, Anaplan).
• Knowledge of Supply Chain concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver against tight deadlines with a positive attitude.
• Fluent in English for effective communication.
