Audit Manager - Financial Statements and Team Leadership

As a Manager in France, your role will involve leading and managing a team consisting of fresh graduates and experienced professionals. Your responsibilities will include monitoring work quality, motivating the team to meet quality standards and SLA's, sharing knowledge, mentoring team members, identifying issues, and ensuring data confidentiality and risk management policy adherence. You will also be responsible for conducting performance reviews, providing feedback for improvement, and building relationships with stakeholders. Additionally, you will be auditing complex sections of financial statements as per country-specific statutory requirements, tracking KPIs, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications Required:

• Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g. ICAI or ACCA)
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience with a Big 4 in a client-facing environment working with corporate and/or international clients
• In-depth knowledge of external Audit for corporate and/or international clients
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of international GAAP, IFRS, and Banking & Financial sector
• Working knowledge of Adobe Professional
• Experience in people/team management
