Job Description
In this role as the Lead Specialist (Manager) at KPMG Managed Services, you will be responsible for shaping the vision and strategy of the product/solution offerings. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with product portfolio managers, marketing, client success, and delivery teams to ensure the success of the product. You will mentor and coach team members, develop product roadmaps, drive operational governance, and enhance customer satisfaction through effective product management and AI/automation utilization. Additionally, you will be pivotal in developing business cases, target operating models, and ensuring KPI adherence while fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product/solution offering vision and strategy
- Work closely with product portfolio managers, marketing, client success, and delivery teams
- Mentor and coach team members
- Develop product roadmaps and drive operational governance
- Collaborate with the market growth team and improve processes
- Ensure KPI adherence and foster cross-departmental collaboration
- Develop business cases, target operating models, and enhance customer satisfaction
- Responsible for monthly and quarterly performance reporting of products within the portfolio
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Solution Development, Requirements Analysis, Business Analysis, Lead Architect, and/or Solution Delivery
- Previous experience in a B2B environment preferred
- Bachelors and/or Masters degree in Product Management, Solution Development, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, or Business Information Systems
- Experience in building shared service centers and designing target operating models (TOMs) preferred
- Strong analytical, judgment, interpersonal, and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong project management skills and ability to present work to executive stakeholders
- PMP Certification preferred
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
- Ability to travel as necessary
- Experience working in a Consulting and Managed Service environment, with prior experience in shared service center design and development and/or GBS
