Role Overview:

As a Senior Growth Marketer - Paid Campaign at the technology powerhouse delivering best-in-class enterprise software and game-changing SaaS solutions, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns. Your focus will be on campaign management, CRO strategies, and data analysis to ensure maximum ROI and improve website conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns while optimizing ad spend for maximum ROI.
  • Implement CRO strategies, conduct A/B testing, and enhance website conversion rates.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing and presenting performance reports.
  • Efficiently manage and allocate the marketing budget.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize ad copy, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate on ad creatives and create compelling ad copy.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and leverage insights.
  • Align campaigns with business goals by working closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams.

Qualifications Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in Search ads (Google Ads & Bing Ads).
  • Strong background in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
  • Hands-on experience in tracking and analyzing campaign performance using GA4.
  • Proven ability in budget management and marketing budget allocation.
  • Experience with keyword research, ad copy, and landing page optimization.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Linked In Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Strong reporting skills using Office 360.
