Your focus will be on campaign management, CRO strategies, and data analysis to ensure maximum ROI and improve website conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns while optimizing ad spend for maximum ROI.
- Implement CRO strategies, conduct A/B testing, and enhance website conversion rates.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing and presenting performance reports.
- Efficiently manage and allocate the marketing budget.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize ad copy, and landing pages.
- Collaborate on ad creatives and create compelling ad copy.
- Analyze competitor strategies and leverage insights.
- Align campaigns with business goals by working closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams.
Qualifications Required:
- 5+ years of experience in Search ads (Google Ads & Bing Ads).
- Strong background in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
- Hands-on experience in tracking and analyzing campaign performance using GA4.
- Proven ability in budget management and marketing budget allocation.
- Experience with keyword research, ad copy, and landing page optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Linked In Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Strong reporting skills using Office 360.
