Position Overview
Kootenay Columbia College is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Instructor to join our Tourism and Hospitality Management Program. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engaging instruction, supporting student learning, and contributing to program success.
Class Schedule
- Evening classes
- Monday to Thursday
- 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Part-time position
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of industry or teaching experience
- Post-secondary/adult teaching certifications or experience will be an asset
- Relevant certifications in the field are an advantage

- Strong knowledge of Tourism and Hospitality Management practices

- Collaborate with program coordinators and academic leadership
- Support curriculum delivery and continuous improvement initiatives
- Guide and mentor students throughout their learning journey
