Shortform Video Editor (Reels)\n\nCompany: Koorsi & Company\n\nLocation: Pune (On-site)\n\nType: Full-time\n\nWe’re looking for a creative Shortform Video Editor who can produce engaging Reels, product clips, ad creatives, and social content for Koorsi & Company. Someone who has Gen-z Creativity and Millennial Mindset who understands modern design aesthetics and can translate our brand vibe into scroll-stopping visuals — and can work with AI tools to enhance content quality and speed.\n\nResponsibilities-\n\n- Edit short-form videos (Reels, product videos, promos, ads)\n- Create graphic design elements for social media posts, banners, and campaigns\n- Use AI tools for editing, ideation, visual enhancement, and content generation\n- Work closely with the marketing team to bring creative ideas to life\n- Maintain brand consistency across all content\n- Stay updated with trends, sounds, transitions, and editing styles\n- Deliver high-quality content with quick turnaround\n\nRequirements\n\n- Strong experience with short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok style)\n- Proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut\n- Good graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)\n- Familiarity with AI tools like Runway, Midjourney, Sora, CapCut AI, Photoshop AI, etc.\n- Understanding of social media trends and storytelling\n- Creative mindset + attention to detail\n- Portfolio of previous work (mandatory)\n\n- Bonus SkillsBasic motion graphics & Blender Skilss\n- Experience with product photography/videography\n- Knowledge of Meta Ads creative best practices\n\nKey Qualifications\n\n- Strong portfolio in video editing, motion graphics & visual design\n- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop & Creative Suite\n- Good sense of layout, typography & trending audio/reel formats\n- Attention to detail, time management & team collaboration\n- Bachelor's in Design, Film, Media, or related field\n- Bonus: Experience in furniture or lifestyle brands\n- Experience using AI tools for ad creatives, motion graphics, and performance-based content creation.\n- Ability to integrate AI insights into content strategy for improved engagement and faster production.
