Salon Koniki is seeking a highly experienced Senior Hair Stylist with 10+ years of expertise in advanced hair services and luxury client handling. The ideal candidate should deliver precision, creativity, and a premium client experience aligned with our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform expert hair services including precision haircuts, global coloring, balayage, highlights, keratin, botox, smoothening, and advanced hair repair treatments
- Conduct detailed client consultations and recommend personalized hair styles and treatment plans
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and luxury service protocols
- Drive revenue through premium service upgrades and professional retail recommendations
- Stay updated with international hair trends, techniques, and styling innovations
- Mentor junior stylists and support team development
- Build long-term client relationships to ensure retention and repeat visits
- Handle premium/VIP clients with professionalism and attention to detail
Key Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in professional hair styling
