JOB DESCRIPTION – HAIR TRAINER SPECIALIST (ALL-ROUNDER)

Role Overview

Salon Koniki is looking for a highly experienced Hair Trainer Specialist who is an all-rounder in hair services and passionate about training, skill development, and maintaining premium service standards. This role focuses on elevating team capability, ensuring consistency, and driving technical excellence across branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured training programs for stylists (basic to advanced levels)
• Train teams on haircuts, styling, coloring, balayage, chemical treatments, and hair repair services
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all hair services
• Evaluate stylist performance and conduct skill assessments & certifications
• Ensure consistency in service quality, technique, and client experience across branches
• Stay updated with latest international hair trends and techniques and integrate into training modules
• Support new salon openings with team training and setup
• Provide on-floor coaching and hands-on demonstrations
• Assist in resolving technical issues and complex client cases

Key Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 8–12+ years of experience in professional hair styling
• Strong expertise as an all-rounder in cutting, coloring, styling, and chemical treatments
• Prior experience in training / academy / educator role preferred
• Deep understanding of hair science, product knowledge, and advanced techniques
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
• Ability to train, inspire, and upgrade team performance
• Well-groomed and aligned with premium salon standards
• Certification from reputed academies is an advantage
