Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PLC Automation Engineer, based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The PLC Automation Engineer will be responsible for programming and configuring PLCs, troubleshooting technical issues, overseeing automation systems, and ensuring smooth operation of processes. The role also involves implementing and maintaining process control systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency, and integrating advanced robotics and automation technologies to enhance system performance.

Qualifications

• Strong working experience in Mitsubishi/Siemens/ Delta PLC
• Hands On experience on HMI programming on Mitsubishi/ Siemens/ Delta
• Good working experience on Servo / Stepper motors
• Working experience of 3-4 years in Automotive Automation field
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for identifying and addressing system issues.
• Experience in process control and knowledge of automation workflows.
• Proficiency in electrical engineering fundamentals, including circuit design and system analysis.
• Knowledge in automation and robotics systems, with hands-on experience in PLC programming and configuration.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
• Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is a strong advantage.
