As a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager / Team Leader, you will:
✅ Lead and motivate a team of Business Development Executives to achieve sales targets.
✅ Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and account management.
✅ Promote and sell our flagship B2B solutions:
- Kompass Booster – a digital advertising solution to boost global online visibility.
- Kompass EasyBusiness – a powerful B2B database connecting clients to decision-makers across 70+ countries.
✅ Guide and mentor your team in sales strategy, lead management, and client communication.
✅ Ensure consistent pipeline growth through outbound prospecting and client engagement.
✅ Work closely with senior management to plan and execute sales strategies.

🧠 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Manager / Team Leader in B2B Sales / Inside Sales.
- Proven ability to manage, train, and motivate a small sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Experience in Media, Advertising, B2B Portals, or B2B Database Sales preferred.
- CRM proficiency and a data-driven approach to sales execution.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
