Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Indore for a Podcast Host. The Podcast Host will be responsible for planning, organizing, and hosting engaging podcast episodes. Key tasks include researching topics, scripting content, conducting interviews with guests, leading discussions, and managing the podcast's social media presence to grow audience engagement. Collaboration with content teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives is also expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Interviewing skills for conducting insightful discussions and engaging with guests.
• Strong Writing and Research abilities for creating compelling scripts and preparing for podcast topics.
• Experience with Social Media management to promote episodes, grow audience reach, and engage listeners.
• Adaptable and creative, with a passion for storytelling and digital content creation.
• Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Prior experience hosting podcasts or media platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
