Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and energetic Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory handling, dispatch planning, and material management in the paper industry. The candidate should ensure smooth warehouse functioning, proper stock maintenance, timely dispatches, and coordination with production and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of paper products and raw materials.
- Maintain proper inventory records and stock accuracy.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and logistics departments for smooth material flow.
- Ensure timely loading and unloading of materials.
- Monitor inward and outward entries in ERP/software/manual registers.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper material stacking.
- Conduct regular stock verification and reporting.
- Minimize material damage and wastage during handling and storage.
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure discipline and productivity.
- Follow company safety standards and operational procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Team handling and leadership skills will be an added advantage.
