Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Provide detailed information about products, including specifications, pricing, and benefits.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Ensure that the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished regularly.
- Participate in regular stock counts and inventory audits.
- Handle cash register operations, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in planning and executing in-store promotions and events.
- Distribute promotional materials and communicate promotional offers to customers.
- Work collaboratively with other sales executives and store staff to achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers.
- Collect and manage customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Ensure the security of cash, products, and store premises.
- Report any suspicious activities or security concerns to management immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
