Tifun Box Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Management Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in hospitality operations, customer service, and day-to-day hotel management activities. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in front office operations, including guest check-in and check-out procedures
- Support housekeeping coordination to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
- Assist in food and beverage service management (if applicable)
- Maintain records, bookings, and customer data accurately
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in daily operational meetings and reporting
- Help implement customer service standards and improve guest experience
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and customer service principles
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in MS Office is a plus

Stipend with performance based bonus upto 10K
