Overview

We’re hiring a Sales Manager to lead a high-energy face-to-face intercept sales program inside a major retail environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive daily performance, coach a team of sales reps, and own results on the ground.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $55,000
• Commission: $1.50 per activated sale
• On-Target Earnings: $90,000–$100,000+ (uncapped, performance-driven)

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead and manage day-to-day sales activation operations
• Drive team performance against daily and weekly targets
• Coach, train, and develop reps in a face-to-face sales environment
• Maintain high energy, accountability, and strong culture on-site
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategy to maximize results
• Partner with leadership on program execution and growth
