Role Description
This is a strong English speaking, full-time remote role for a Help Desk Lead. The Help Desk Lead will manage and oversee daily technical support operations, providing guidance to help desk staff. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, managing support for desktop computers, and delivering exceptional customer service. Collaboration with internal teams and ensuring timely resolution of support requests is a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support, Help Desk Support, and issue resolution
- Strong Troubleshooting skills and experience with desktop computers
- Excellent Customer Support abilities, including communication and problem-solving
- Leadership capabilities to oversee and guide a support team remotely
- Familiarity with managed service and security service operations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Strong understand of Quickbooks and other accounting software
- Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra
- Google Workspace
- Understanding of security principles of identity and protect.
- Writing scripts to automate boring tasks away
- Must work US EST time zone
This is a one year contract.
