Commis Pastry Chef (Viennoiserie & Breads)
At Kloche, we prioritise detail, technique, and quality. We are looking for a disciplined Commis Pastry Chef specialising in viennoiserie and artisanal breads to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Daily Production: Handcrafting danishes, croissants, and various breads with precision.
- Collaboration: Assisting other pastry stations to maintain production flow.
- Operations: Maintaining high sanitation standards and tracking ingredient stock.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in professional pastry/bakery environments.
- Stamina: Comfortable with heavy production volumes and the morning rush.
- Technical Skill: Ability to analyse recipes and apply the correct techniques independently.
- Attitude: A calm, professional, and congenial approach to teamwork.
