Job Description
Klay Preschool and Daycare is seeking a Behavioral Therapist to work with children aged 2–6 years, particularly those who are neurodivergent. The role involves applying behavior modification techniques and supporting children's developmental and learning needs in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Behavioral Intervention: Implement behavior modification plans and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support children's development.
- Individualized Support: Provide personalized guidance and interventions tailored to each child's needs.
- Progress Monitoring: Track and document children's progress, and provide regular updates to parents and the educational team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, therapists, and caregivers to ensure a cohesive approach to child development.
- Program Implementation: Assist in designing and executing structured therapy programs for children aged 2–6 years.
Qualifications
- MA/MSc in Psychology (Additional Diploma in Child Psychology is preferable)
- Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or other behavior modification techniques is an added advantage
Experience
- Minimum 2+ years as a Behavioral/ABA Therapist in an intervention center
- Minimum 1+ year working with children aged 2–6 years
- Experience with neurodivergent children is preferable
