We are currently expanding and looking for motivated individuals who are ready to build something meaningful — whether part-time, full-time, or seasonally.
No prior insurance experience required. We will train you.
What You'll Do
- Help families in your community protect their loved ones with life insurance solutions
- Build a client base through referrals, networking, and community outreach
- Present and explain life insurance products to prospective clients
- Obtain your state life insurance license (required before writing business)
- Attend weekly team training calls and leadership development sessions
- Work toward personal production and promotion goals with team support

Requirements
- Must be willing to obtain a state life insurance license (we'll show you exactly how)
- Self-motivated with a coachable, team-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to serve others
- Must be 18 years or older
- Smartphone and reliable internet access required
Compensation & Classification
- 1099 Independent Contractor position
- Commission-only pay — earnings are based on individual production
- Part-time, full-time, and seasonal schedules available
- No experience necessary — training provided
