Kito India Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of lifting solutions with a track record in pioneering, leading, and shaping the developments in the lifting industry. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive business growth across Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for direct industrial sales as well as managing dealer channels to achieve revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers using a consultative, solution-based sales approach
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize product seminars and campaigns
- Recruit, train, and manage distributors and work closely with them to support sales targets and drive business growth.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers, organize seminars, training sessions, and product demonstrations to foster long-term partnerships and a positive brand image.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities and market data.
- Ensure prompt collection of payments and manage outstanding receivables effectively.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Production preferred)
· 3-6 years of experience in sales of capital equipment or industrial products
· A solid understanding of industrial sales and customer-centric selling
· Proficiency in CRM/ERP tools and MS Office
