Job Description

As a B2B Partnerships Manager focusing on candidate sourcing, your role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners such as training institutes, consultancies, colleges, and agents for sourcing candidates for international job placement programs. You will need to develop and execute strategies to ensure a consistent pipeline of candidates for programs abroad, particularly in Europe and Germany. Building strong, long-term relationships with partners, monitoring their performance, and optimizing sourcing efficiency are crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Collaboration with internal teams like sales, operations, and training is essential to align sourcing with program requirements. Regular meetings, webinars, and training sessions with partners, negotiating commercial agreements, and staying updated on market trends in international recruitment are also key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners for candidate sourcing
  • Develop strategies for generating a pipeline of candidates for abroad job programs
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners
  • Monitor partner performance, track KPIs, and optimize sourcing efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing with program requirements
  • Conduct regular meetings, webinars, and training sessions with partners
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and manage partner contracts
  • Stay updated on market trends in international recruitment and mobility programs

Key Requirements:

  • 2-8 years of experience in B2B partnerships, business development, or channel sales
  • Strong network of channel partners in recruitment, education, or overseas placement
  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing for international opportunities, with a preference for Germany/Europe
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Experience working with German/European programs or language training ecosystem is a plus

In addition to the above, experience in industries like EdTech, Overseas Recruitment, Skilling, or Immigration Services would be beneficial. Familiarity with the German language ecosystem, including A1-C1 levels and training institutes, is considered an advantage.
