Job Title - Sales Manager – Global Markets

Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India Employment

Type: Full-Time | 5 Days Working

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and articulate Sales Manager who thrives in a client-facing environment and has a passion for building lasting business relationships. This role is ideal for someone who understands the full prospect-to-client lifecycle and has hands-on experience navigating global markets. You will be the face of our organization — engaging with prospects, understanding their business needs, and guiding them seamlessly through the sales journey until they become long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify, engage, and nurture potential prospects across global markets through strategic outreach and relationship-building efforts

● Own the complete sales lifecycle — from initial contact and qualification to conversion and onboarding of new clients

● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, acting as their trusted point of contact

● Conduct compelling product/solution presentations and pitches tailored to the needs of each prospect or client

● Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, delivery) to ensure seamless client experience post-sale

● Maintain an updated and accurate pipeline using CRM tools; provide regular forecasts and reports to leadership

● Stay current on global market trends, competitor activity, and emerging client needs to refine sales strategies

● Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and business forums

What We're Looking for

Education

● MBA in Marketing or a relevant field (mandatory)

Experience

● 3–5 years of experience in a Sales, Business Development, or Account Management role

● Prior exposure to global markets and international client dealings is strongly preferred

● Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end sales cycles

Key Skills

● Excellent presentation and storytelling skills — ability to craft and deliver impactful pitches

● Persuasive verbal communication with strong listening and negotiation abilities

● Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset

● Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet targets consistently

● Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus
