About the team

Kinaxis is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer who will be an exceptional addition to our Front End team.

The Front End team at Kinaxis consists of collaborative, high-performing engineers. The team is responsible for the web-based, user-facing side of Maestro, our supply chain orchestration platform. We build user-friendly features to help our users visualize and work on their supply chains, empowering them to make informed decisions to resolve their challenges effectively. Performance is a top priority as we need to handle our customers’ large complex datasets efficiently. Our code is designed for robustness and maintainability, supporting a large team of engineers.

In this role, you will develop web application features using a variety of technologies (TypeScript, React, C#) that will bring the power of our software to an expanding user community.

Salary Range

Annual cash compensation ranges from $105,000 to $155,000, plus a discretionary 10% company bonus. The final offer within this range will reflect the successful candidate’s skills and experience.

What you will do

• Develop high quality features with a focus on exceptional user experience and performance
• Plan, design and implement new automated tests to ensure reliability
• Create prototypes and conduct design investigations to clarify requirements and resolve technical uncertainty
• Collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers and UX designers
• Innovate with Generative AI and new technologies

What we are looking for

• Bachelors/master’s degree in computer science or equivalent related discipline
• 5+ years of progressive software development experience including experience working on one or more enterprise-grade software applications
• Strong advocacy for product quality and building highly maintainable software
• Solid understanding of design patterns and object-oriented programming
• Proficiency in TypeScript, with an understanding of best practices
• Experience with C# and .Net
• Familiar with data modeling and semantics
• Experience with React and familiarity with other front-end frameworks or libraries (e.g., Vue, Angular)
• Experience developing reliable, efficient, and scalable APIs
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms like GCP, Azure
• Familiarity with front-end build tools and module bundlers, such as Webpack or Vite
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git and agile development methodologies
• Highly competent in the adoption and application of new tools to maximize velocity including AI
• Finds opportunities to accelerate the SDLC through innovative application of AI or other tooling, while upholding architecture consistency, secure design, and code-quality standards
• Reviews AI-generated code rigorously for correctness, architectural fit, integration risk, and edge case support with a growth mindset and bias for experimentation
• A clear, concise, and professional communicator with the ability to present complex information and demonstrate knowledge to challenge the status quo and engage the listener at the appropriate level
