About the team
The Senior Manager, Total Rewards leads the design, governance, and execution of global compensation and benefits programs that enable a high-performance, growth-oriented SaaS organization.
This role is accountable for the operational management of the Total Rewards function, including global base pay structures, variable incentive plans (including sales compensation), equity programs, benefits strategy, and job architecture alignment. The Senior Manager translates business strategy, talent priorities, and market competitiveness into scalable, compliant, and data-driven reward solutions across jurisdictions.
The role is accountable for functional outcomes, program governance, and the effective delivery of global Total Rewards operations.

What you will do
- Lead the design and governance of global compensation frameworks, ensuring market‑competitive and scalable pay practices across the organization
- Oversee global annual compensation planning cycles (merit, promotion, bonus, equity). Design and govern corporate incentive plans and global sales compensation programs.
- Oversee equity-based reward programs, ensuring governance and compliance
- Drive the institutionalization of job architecture (job families, roles, and levels) and embed it into systems, processes, and decision-making.
- Ensure compensation programs comply with applicable statutory, regulatory, and governance requirements, including pay‑equity analysis and reporting and pay transparency.
- Assist with executive and board compensation analysis, benchmarking, and governance processes in partnership with Finance and Legal.
- Provide leadership and direction on global benefits design and administration.
- Ensure benefit offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant across multiple countries.
- Oversee vendor strategy, renewals, and performance management
- Evaluate program effectiveness through data and analytics and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with Finance and SLT to help standardize various incentive plans and structures, measures, and governance processes including workforce cost planning and incentive modeling.
- Partner with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations and Finance to support the design and governance of sales incentive programs.
- Provide scenario modeling and analytics to inform business decisions
- Support global expansion and organizational scaling from a total rewards perspective.
- Establish and maintain Total Rewards policies, controls, and operational standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and effective risk management across compensation, equity, and benefits programs.
- Partner with HR Technology to identify automation opportunities, reduce manual work, and enhance the manager and employee experience.
- Lead, develop, and performance manage a team of Total Rewards professionals, setting functional objectives, building capability, and ensuring high-quality execution across global programs.
What we are looking for
- University degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics or related
- 7-10+ years of progressive experience in global Total Rewards including experience leading senior-level professionals and/or managers.
- Demonstrated expertise in global compensation benchmarking, sales compensation plan design, equity program governance and executive and board compensation, multi-country benefits strategy, compensation analytics and workforce cost modeling. (technology/SAAS sector preferred)
- Strong financial and business acumen including advanced understanding of Total Rewards strategy in recurring revenue business models
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and influencing skills.
- Ability to communicate complex rewards topics clearly at all levels including Executive-level communication.
- High level of discretion in handling confidential compensation information.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar global cloud HCM preferred
