What you will do

As a Senior Product Manager, Production Planning, you will be responsible for our production planning solutions that can help our customers maximize the value of their Maestro implementation. Your role will involve defining product vision, managing the product roadmap, and ensuring seamless integration and functionality of these applications within our broader solutions ecosystem. You will provide the deep product & industry expertise needed to lead the organization and make strategic and tactical product & go-to-market investment decisions. You will work closely with internal teams, partners, and customers to drive innovation, craft & evangelize our product strategy, and deliver high-quality solutions that deliver exceptional customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for production planning business applications in the supply chain sector. Align product goals with company objectives and market needs.
  • Roadmap Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, balancing requirements, customer feedback, and market trends. Prioritize features and enhancements to deliver maximum value.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand supply chain challenges, trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to drive product innovation and differentiation.
  • Customer Focus: Gather and analyze feedback from customers and end-users to identify pain points, feature requests, and areas for improvement. Ensure that our production planning applications effectively address these needs.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to achieve product goals.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partner-developed applications. Use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Product Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and training materials. Ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or obstacles that arise during the product lifecycle. Implement effective solutions to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for

  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in SaaS product management, with a focus on supply chain solutions or equivalent industry experience of supply chain planning within manufacturing, production and assembly planning relative to S&OP. Proven track record in supply chain as a digital innovation leader or business consultant with technical and customer facing experience an asset.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing strategies and its relevance to production planning
