Other Canadian locations - Remote Imperative Orchestration, Declarative Automation - The Cloud Platform Engineering Team is responsible for building and running a cloud platform that enables delivery teams to self-service deployments with reduced lead time and complexity. We provide cloud services and tools that enable internal development teams to build, test and deploy their applications using modern platform tooling like CI/CD pipelines, Terraform and Kubernetes delivery via ArgoCD. These same tools we leverage to ensure our customer environments are automated and continuously up to date.

Staff Cloud Platform Engineer Salary Range: Annual cash compensation ranges from $125,000 to $175,000, plus a discretionary 12% company bonus. Solve complex challenges as a trusted technical lead. Drive a DevOps mindset and collaboration within the Cloud Platform Engineering Team.

Develop and enhance cloud reference architectures and guide teams on implementation. Participate in architectural decisions, improve CI/CD pipelines, and build secure, high-performing, resilient, and efficient cloud infrastructure. Lead code and design reviews for high-quality deliverables.

Azure, GCP & AWS Configuration Management: Ansible Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent related discipline. 5+ years of experience in increasingly senior and complex cloud engineering roles;

Experience with public cloud platforms, both console and API (GCP preferred). applications, infrastructure, storage, platforms, and data).

Experience developing in Go, Python and Shell/Bash. Practical understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum. Demonstrated technical experience in software development and operations, developing infrastructure as code.

Agile and adaptable; Ability to find opportunities to accelerate the SDLC through innovative application of AI or other tooling while upholding architecture consistency, secure design, and code-quality standards. Ability to review AI-generated code rigorously for correctness, architectural fit, integration risk, and edge case support with a growth mindset and bias for experimentation.
