We're bringing our world of thoughtful self-care to Shoppers Stop, Dynamix Mall, Juhu, and looking for a passionate Beauty Consultant to represent the brand at our SIS counter.

Role Overview As a Beauty Consultant at our Shoppers Stop SIS counter, you will be the face of Kimirica on the floor — guiding customers through our range, creating memorable brand experiences, and driving sales through genuine, consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers, understanding their needs and recommending the right products across skincare, body care, fragrances, and gifting.
• Deliver personalised product consultations and in-store demonstrations that reflect Kimirica's luxury standards.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
• Maintain counter hygiene, visual merchandising, and product display as per brand guidelines.
• Handle billing, stock tracking, and basic MIS reporting for the counter.
• Build a loyal customer base through follow-ups, product education, and occasion-based gifting recommendations.
• Coordinate with the Shoppers Stop floor team and Kimirica's retail supervisor for replenishment and campaign execution.

What We're Looking For

• Warm, confident personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Hindi and English; Marathi is a plus.
• Genuine interest in beauty, wellness, and ethical/vegan products.
• Well-groomed, presentable, and comfortable working in a luxury retail environment.
• Willingness to work retail hours including weekends and festive seasons.
