Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Specialist located in Indore.

The Accounts Receivable

Specialist will be responsible for managing the invoicing process, tracking and collecting payments, monitoring accounts for outstanding payments, reconciling financial records, and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting. Daily tasks also include responding to client inquiries, maintaining proper documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to support efficient financial operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely collections and maintaining healthy client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong Financial Management skills, including experience with invoicing and accounts receivable operations
• Proficiency in Debt Collection processes and practices
• Excellent Analytical Skills to assess financial records and reconcile discrepancies
• Exceptional Communication skills for engaging professionally with clients and internal teams
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and familiarity with accounting software
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Experience in similar roles within the manufacturing or retail industry is an advantage
