Role Description

Kimirica is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist for a full-time position based on-site in Indore. The candidate will oversee day-to-day account receivable operations, including maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, managing debt collection, and ensuring timely payments. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure smooth financial transactions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Finance and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong Analytical Skills to monitor, assess, and reconcile account receivables.
• Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in Debt Collection and resolving outstanding payment issues.
• Knowledge of invoice processing and related documentation.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools is a plus.
• Preferably a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
