Qualifications required for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (Masters degrees are a plus).

- Proficiency in educational software, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
