We are looking Store manager for Coimbatore Showroom

Requirements

• Should be having 2 years experience as a store manager/ department manager in a department/multi-brand store
• Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager & Customer management skills
• UG / PG – ANY specialization

Responsibilities and Duties

• Responsible for entire showroom operations and its efficiency.
• Achieve the showroom sales and operating expenses targets while maintaining focus on the quality of customer service in showrooms.
• Motivate employees for stretch targets through team building and two-way communication.
• Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales.
• Touring the sales floor regularly, identifying or resolving the urgent issue
• Look after Store Display/Store Merchandising and ensure the stock availability to avoid stock-outs.
• Implement HR practices and maintain shop floor discipline.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
