Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Retail Sales & Customer Support Executive to handle in-store sales , online order confirmations , and customer communication via calls and emails . The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, maintaining order accuracy, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations of the store. Key Responsibilities- Offline (In-Store) Sales Greet walk-in customers and assist them in selecting footwear and accessories Explain product features, pricing, offers, and sizing Close sales and ensure a positive in-store customer experience Maintain cleanliness and basic display of products in the store Online Order & Customer Handling Make confirmation calls for online orders (COD & prepaid) Verify customer details such as address, size, and availability Coordinate with operations/logistics for smooth order processing Follow up with customers in case of delivery issues or queries Customer Communication Respond to customer emails professionally regarding orders, returns, and general queries Maintain polite, clear, and timely communication on calls and emails Update customers regarding order status when required Basic Operations Support Maintain daily sales records (offline & online) Assist in reducing RTO by proper order verification Coordinate with the team for returns, exchanges, and complaints Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English Comfortable making customer calls and writing simple professional emails Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, and billing systems Prior experience in retail sales / customer support is a plus Preferred Candidate- Friendly and customer-oriented attitude Sales-driven mindset with willingness to upsell Organized and responsible with follow-ups Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment Performance-based incentives Staff discounts on products Growth opportunities within the company Working Hours- 10:30AM – 8:30 PM] Weekly off: 4 paid leaves in a month
