The Opportunity
Looking for a passionate on field person to deliver day-to-day advisory services to farmers at a globally recognized Agri-tech startup.
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Raurkela, Odisha
Reporting to: Team Leader
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new farmers to Kheyti Greenhouse program.
- Train the onboarded farmers on maintenance of Greenhouse and protected cultivation.
- Resolve farmers’ agronomy-related queries and ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
- Improve inbound and outbound farmer engagement by tele calling and coordinating field visits and campaigns to increase awareness of best practices.
- Farmer database maintenance.
- Work closely with senior agronomists to provide input recommendations.
- Ensure warehousing and timely delivery of inputs to farmers.

Must-Haves
- Bsc/Msc in Agriculture or Horticulture
- Enthusiastic about expansion and willingness to do travel.
- Knowledge on horticulture/crop management

- Eagerness to learn and explore more on Agronomy or Horticulture and contribute to the vision and mission of the company
