Role Overview:
You will be responsible for budgeting, analysis, forecasting, and Cost Monitoring in the real estate industry. Your main focus will be on estimation of projects, monitoring project costs, resource deployment, and ensuring project profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate project costs, monitor project execution, and control costs to ensure successful project completion and profitability.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to determine construction costs and project feasibility.
- Develop operating budgets, manage cash flows, and assist in Project Planning, Scheduling, and Cost Estimation.
- Monitor Contract Management, Tendering Process, Procurement Schedules, and Cash Flow projections.
- Create rate analysis and Estimation databases, prepare concept level estimates for Business Development.
- Generate cost and MIS reports, validate BOQ & detailed estimates for all project activities.
- Coordinate with Project Heads, Internal Departments, Consultants, and design construction schedules.
- Track progress of work across project sites, prepare Monthly MIS, and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
Qualification Required:
- B.E (Civil) degree is mandatory. NICMAR qualification would be an additional advantage.
- Minimum of 10-14 years of experience in Budgeting & Estimation with a reputed real estate developer, particularly in high-rise residential projects. Role Overview:
