We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented L2 Desktop Support Engineer / Technical Support Executive to join our IT Helpdesk team. The ideal candidate will provide advanced technical support for desktop systems, email configuration, and printer setup. This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, problem-solving skills, and the capability to support users with varying technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 technical support for Windows desktops and laptops (hardware & software)
  • Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook, Exchange/IMAP, and mobile email setup
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues using analytical and logical approaches
  • Deliver remote support to end-users across different environments
  • Assist non-technical users with patience and clear communication
  • Maintain detailed records in ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Freshdesk, Jira, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams for issue resolution and escalation
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and processes

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 1 year experience in IT Desktop Support or L2 Technical Support
  • Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in IT or related field (preferred)

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 (troubleshooting & support)
  • Experience in MS Office and desktop application support
  • Hands-on experience with email configuration (Outlook, Exchange, IMAP, POP3)
  • Proficiency in network printer setup, print server management, and troubleshooting
  • Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Familiarity with remote support tools (RDP, AnyDesk, TeamViewer)
  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
