Duties
- Client communication and follow up on files;
- Preparing immigration forms and finalizing applications;
- Reviewing legal submission letters;
- Completing portal profiles;
- Coordinating file submissions;
- Drafting correspondence and list of documents;
- Digital submission management and e- filing;
- Webform submission and uploads;
- Respond to phone and email inquiries to schedule appointments;
- Clerical and administrative support to coordinator and lawyer.
Skills
- Minimum post-secondary diploma in related field;
- Minimum two (2) year experience in immigration law;
- Fluency in English and French (Bilingualism mandatory);
- Additional languages an asset;
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills;
- Customer service skills an asset;
- Ability to work well under pressure and with deadlines;
- Detail oriented and positive attitude;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;
