As a Marketing Executive/Senior Executive at our Gurgaon location, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to market research, SEO, and B2B lead generation, particularly within the IT/Insurance domain. Here is a breakdown of what will be expected from you:
- *Role Overview:**
- Analyzing qualitative data, trends, strategies, and competition to enhance competitiveness.
- Conducting detailed research across various sources to monitor industry-specific developments, new deals, and acquisitions.
- Implementing research best practices and utilizing relevant data sources for references.
- Forecasting and monitoring industry marketing and sales trends based on collected data.
- Compiling data regarding the current product market, customer demographics, interests, and demand factors to maximize sales and market penetration.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Efficiently track and manage email campaigns, bounced emails, and lead nurturing processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate content ideas aligned with SEO goals, including Google ranking, lead generation through ads, trending keywords research, and competitor analysis.
- Design and execute lead nurturing campaigns through various channels such as emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other platforms.
- Explore and implement modern lead generation strategies using AI tools, automation platforms, and intent data providers.
- *Qualification Required:**
- 4-6 years of experience in Market Research, SEO, and B2B Lead Generation within the IT/Insurance domain.
- Strong knowledge of market research methodologies and data sources.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
- Experience in lead generation and database building using CRM and tools like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Hunter, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Technology, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
In addition, familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, etc.), exposure to AI-driven lead generation tools, and experience in creating content ideas aligned with SEO and lead-gen strategies will be advantageous. You will also be required to collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams to align insights with the go-to-market strategies.
