Job Description

We are seeking a LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to lead our brand presence, audience growth, and lead‑generation efforts on LinkedIn. This role is responsible for managing content strategy, optimizing company and personal profiles, running targeted campaigns, and driving measurable engagement with our ideal audience. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and deeply familiar with LinkedIn’s algorithm, ad platform, and B2B communication style.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy aligned with brand, sales, and growth goals.
  • Manage and optimize company page, showcase pages, and executive profiles.
  • Create high‑impact posts, articles, carousels, and thought‑leadership content.
  • Plan and run LinkedIn Ads (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Lead Gen Forms, Retargeting).
  • Build and manage lead‑generation funnels using LinkedIn tools and integrations.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and trend monitoring.
  • Track KPIs including impressions, engagement, CTR, CPL, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Manage LinkedIn outreach sequences, connection strategies, and engagement workflows.
  • Report weekly and monthly performance insights with actionable recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn pages, campaigns, or B2B social media accounts.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn’s algorithm, content formats, and engagement best practices.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and paid advertising.
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategy.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and lead‑gen tools (HubSpot, Apollo, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, HR tech, or professional services.
  • Graphic design or Canva skills for creating visual content.
  • Experience building personal brands for executives or founders.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or broader digital marketing strategies.
