Packing Manager (Pharmaceutical Injectable Only)

MUST BE FROM INJECTABLE PLANT ONLY

Role & responsibilities

• Handle primary (blister/strip/bottle) and secondary (cartoning/labeling) packing operations
• Operate packing machines and ensure smooth production flow
• Perform line clearance before starting and after completion of batch
• Follow GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines strictly
• Carry out in-process checks (IPC) during packing
• Maintain and fill Batch Packing Record (BPR) properly
• Ensure correct use of packing materials (foil, cartons, labels, leaflets)
• Avoid mix-up, contamination, and labeling errors
• Coordinate with QA, QC, and maintenance teams
• Achieve production targets with minimum rejection and wastage

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharmacy (B. Pharm/M. Pharm), Science (M.Sc.), or related field.
• Experience: 6 to 8 years in Packing within a pharmaceutical setup, with specific experience in sterile/injectable manufacturing.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of cGMP regulations, aseptic processing, and pharmaceutical packaging processes.
• Competencies: Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
