Role & responsibilities
- Handle primary (blister/strip/bottle) and secondary (cartoning/labeling) packing operations
- Operate packing machines and ensure smooth production flow
- Perform line clearance before starting and after completion of batch
- Follow GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines strictly
- Carry out in-process checks (IPC) during packing
- Maintain and fill Batch Packing Record (BPR) properly
- Ensure correct use of packing materials (foil, cartons, labels, leaflets)
- Avoid mix-up, contamination, and labeling errors
- Coordinate with QA, QC, and maintenance teams
- Achieve production targets with minimum rejection and wastage
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharmacy (B. Pharm/M. Pharm), Science (M.Sc.), or related field.
- Experience: 6 to 8 years in Packing within a pharmaceutical setup, with specific experience in sterile/injectable manufacturing.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of cGMP regulations, aseptic processing, and pharmaceutical packaging processes.
- Competencies: Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
