Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay: $20.25–$24.25
• Bonus structure after 6 months

Responsibilities

• Train agents on our tech tools and platforms
• Host hands-on workshops and introduce new features
• Coordinate onboarding and memberships
• Create organized, efficient systems that keep things running smoothly
• Deliver exceptional, friendly support every day
• Collaborate with leadership and grow into expanded responsibilities

Qualifications

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

• Have 1–2+ years of office or customer service experience
• Love helping people and solving problems
• Are tech-savvy (Google Workspace & Microsoft Office experience a plus)
• Stay organized and follow through
• Work well in a fast-paced, team-first environment
• Bring positive energy and a “let’s figure it out” mindset
