Sales Development Representative (US Market) - Fresher || Location - Hyderabad & Bangalore
About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to actively seek new business opportunities, engage with potential customers, and drive revenue growth through outbound sales efforts. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact with prospects, and nurturing relationships to drive sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Engage with prospective customers to understand requirements and pitch Keka's offerings
- Follow up on leads from marketing and outbound efforts to schedule sales demos
- Maintain high activity levels while meeting quality and productivity metrics
- Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitors
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team for smooth lead handover and pipeline efficiency
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Work Details :
- Workdays : Monday to Friday
- Timings : 5 PM to 2 AM or 6 PM to 3 AM
- Location : Keka HR - Hyderabad & Bangalore Office
Compensation & Benefits :
- Please Note that the Compensation for the role will be 4-6 LPA Fixed CTC + Uncapped Incentives
Eligibility Criteria :
- 0-1 Years Experience in Sales, Business Development (Fresher's are Welcome)
- Strong communication skills
- High zeal and strong interest in Sales
- Prior sales internship experience is a plus
- Minimum 70% in 10th, 12th, and Graduation
