Responsibilities

• Own and execute field marketing initiatives across India to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Plan and manage events including conferences, executive roundtables, customer events, webinars, roadshows, and partner marketing programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, SDRs, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to maximize event ROI and lead conversions.
• Manage end-to-end event execution, including planning, vendor management, logistics, speaker coordination, and attendee experience.
• Track key metrics such as registrations, attendance, SQLs, pipeline influenced, and ROI, and optimize programs based on insights.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers to increase Keka's market presence.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in Field Marketing/Event Marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end B2B events and demand generation programs.
• Strong understanding of pipeline generation and marketing ROI metrics.
• Experience working closely with Sales and GTM teams to drive business outcomes.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
