As an Office Admin Assistant, your role will involve supporting day-to-day administrative operations. You will be responsible for office coordination, tracking engineer movements, documentation, customer follow-ups, invoice payment follow-ups, and providing general administrative support. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and manage daily office administrative activities. - Track and coordinate field service engineers' movements, customer visits, and work schedules. - Maintain office records, documents, files, and databases accurately. - Prepare quotations and assist with basic documentation as required. - Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and invoices. - Coordinate with customers for service requirements and updates. Qualifications Required: - Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Administration, Office Coordination, Front Office, or Customer Support roles. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Immediate joiners preferred.
