Position: Personal Trainer / Movement Specialist
Experience: 1-2 years
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India, rajajinagar
Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Personal Trainer / Movement Specialist to help clients improve their physical fitness, mobility, strength, and overall well-being. The candidate will design personalized training programs, guide clients through safe and effective exercises, and support injury prevention and movement optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness and movement assessments for clients.
- Design customized workout and mobility programs based on individual goals.
- Guide clients in strength training, functional movement, flexibility, and endurance exercises.
- Monitor client progress and modify programs accordingly.
- Educate clients on posture, body mechanics, recovery, and injury prevention.
- Support rehabilitation-based exercise programs when required.
- Maintain professional communication and motivate clients to achieve fitness goals.
- Ensure safe exercise techniques and proper use of gym equipment.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, coaches, and wellness professionals when needed.
Qualifications
- Certification in Personal Training, Fitness Coaching, or related field.
- Background in Physiotherapy, Sports Science, or Exercise Science is preferred.
Skills Required:
- Functional training and movement correction
- Strength and conditioning
- Mobility and flexibility training
- Exercise prescription and client assessment
- Communication and motivational skills
- Injury prevention and recovery support
- Knowledge of rehabilitation exercises
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with athletes, fitness clients, or rehabilitation patients.
- Experience in sports performance and functional movement training.
- Knowledge of manual therapy, mobility drills, and corrective exercise techniques is an added advantage.
